For all my make offer only auctions relisted or newly listed, Here is how i will handle things.
I WILL ACCEPT offer and so end the sale, after half time of the auction, for example if the auction duration is of 30 days i will only start to accept offers if any, after 15 days of begining of the auction, anyway if i feel your offer is not enough i will reject it, so if i don't reject your offer it means i'm considering it:)
