LDOO1 Remix Ragga Hip-hop
This is for real Ragga Hip-hop afficionados! The Likedat label is proud to present its first volume of RaggaHip-hop remixes. Previously un-released and completely original, these 4 remixes were made from samples borrowed from several classic riddims produced in yardies studios of the 70's. Going from jamaican roots to hip-hop grooves, these instrumentals keep the vibe as well as the sound of reggae music, yet they are also energized by the binary rythms of hip-hop break beats.
IMPORTANT!! These are not bootleg samples like those released every week! Every instrumentals were produced by dizzy, trevor and the crew and some parts were played with real instruments. The accapellas and arrangements were perfectly harmonised ( so there's no off-key phenomenon occuring that often make remixes sound odd ). LDOO2 MONKEY SCRATCH
The first disc made for scratching that contains a hip-hop face and another face thats 100eggaeragga. Monkey scratch is especially made for Djs who, at last, want some new samples to scratch with. It is also dedicated to sound systems who are using samples for sound animation and for selectaz who wants to explore scratching. Monkey scratch is released in France in January 2006.
